Our Impact Sourcing Initiative

One of our key goals at One Contact Center is to create and develop a truly diverse and inclusive workplace. That is why we are developing and creating an impact sourcing initiative, which will be a key part of our hiring strategies.

We believe that this policy will help us integrate a large number of people who would normally be considered as socioeconomically advantaged into our workforce. We will leverage this policy to help many people at the bottom of the pyramid find a platform through which they can achieve more.

As part of our plan this 2020 and beyond, we will create employment and develop opportunities for more single moms, LGBTQ, working students and people from depressed areas.

We strive to develop a diverse and inclusive work environment where different people from all walks of life are treated with equity, fairness, and respect. And we are constantly leveraging this as a superpower to foster growth and drive innovation.
